So far, Intending pilgrims from 19 out of 44 local government areas were airlifted in two plights from Malam Aminu kano international airport.

Hajj Reporters correspondent in Kano reported that the first flight,  Max air conveyed a total of 543 intending pilgrims, while 555 pilgrims and 10 officials were taken to the holy land in the second batch, bringing the total of pilgrims airlifted in kano to 1, 098 pilgrims.

Similarly, our reporter visited the hajj affairs tribunal court which was established to prosecute any erring person either an official or intending pilgrims at both domestic and the holy land, where some officials of the tribunal told hajj reporters that there is no any pending case since the commencement of this year’s hajj operations in Kano.

A finding at the tribunal indicates that lack of pending case at the court was as a result of public enlightenment carried by kano state pilgrims welfare board.
