…5th Batch arrive Medina as 4th copletes Zyhara

The Lagos State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has airlifted no less than 2100 Pilgrims in 5 flights so far. The fifth batch arrived the holy land this morning.

This hint was dropped today by the former Commissioner for Home Affairs and Amir Hajj 2019 Dr Abdul Hakeem Abdul Lateef in his office while addressing the State officials on the latest it this year’s Hajj operation.

Dr. Abdul Lateef also stated that the 4th flight pilgrims have completed their Zyhara yesterday and have since settled down for prayers and supplications.

According to him, the last and 6th flight which has about 133 intending pilgrims on board is most likely to take off from the Muritala Muhammed International Airport today and arrive Medina tomorrow to join their counterparts as the participation in hajj rites continues.

The Amir ul Hajj assured families of the Al Hujaj that their people are safe, heathy and bright in the holy city.

“We are doing all we can to ensure the success of this year’s hajj operation and the safety return of our intending pilgrims”, he said.
