2019 Hajj: Katsina security committee calls for more personnel

Towards providing adequate security measure throughout the 2019 hajj exercise especially during airlifts, Katsina state Pilgrims Welfare Board and the security committee are holding a meeting on the way forward.
A statement signed by the boards public relations officer, Alh Badaru Karofi said “the meeting which is being chaired by the Committee Chairman Gambo Isah who is the also the State Police Force Public Relations Officer said the aims of the meeting is to ensure the safety and security of Katsina state pilgrims both in Nigeria and in Saudi Arabia”.
He, therefore, charges the entire sister agency to ensure that they deploy an adequate number of personnel to guarantee proper staffing and Coverage of all Identified security requirements in all departure centres across the state.
