2020 Hajj: Gombe begins refund of deposit to Pilgrims

The Gombe State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has commenced the refund of the 2020 Hajj deposits to intending pilgrims who wish to collect their money back across the 11 LGA in the state.

Briefing the Journalist, Executive Secretary of the board, Alhaji Sa’adu Hassan, said those that wish to leave their deposits as roll-over against 2021 are free to do so.

According to him, those that leave their deposits will be given priority of registration during the 2021 Hajj exercise. Those who applied for the refund are required to come along with their original receipts and photocopy of their e-passport data page to collect their money.

The Executive Secretary further explained that the collection of 2021 Hajj Deposit begins on the 9th of September 2020 as directed by the NAHCON. The payment of the refund is on progress.
