Hajj 2021: Nasarawa State Intending Pilgrims Begins receiving Second Dose of Covid 19 Vaccine

Hajj 2021 Intending Pilgrims from Nasarawa state have started receiving the second dose of oxford Astrazeneca  Covid -19 Vaccine at various centers across the state.

 

The Executive Secretary of the board Mallam Idris Almakura who monitored the exercise across the thirteen local government area said the vaccine is one of the prerequisite for prospective pilgrims.

The Pilgrim Board boss, used the medium to called on intending pilgrims to disregard rumours making the round about the numbers of hajj seat slots, stressing that the board under his watch is yet to receive any information from the National Hajj Commission in that regard.

 

Mallam Almakura applauded Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State and the Primary Healthcare Development Agency for the support accorded to the board during the first and second doses vaccination.

 

He warned intending pilgrims to take advantage of the two days given by the state healthcare agency to receive their vaccine, saying no pilgrim should held the board responsible for missing his/her vaccine.

 

The State intending pilgrims who received their vaccine appreciated the efforts of the Exe Sec. Mal Idris Ahmad Almakura for providing them with conducive atmosphere for the exercise.
