ABBAH SACKS KANO STATE MUSLIM PILGRIMS BOARD, APPOINTS NEW EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

The newly sworn in Executive Governor of Kano State Alh Abbah Kabir Yusuf has approved the appointments of Chairman, Executive Secretary and members of Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board.
A statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa lists Alhaji Yusuf Lawan as the new Chairman of the board while Alhaji Laminu Rabi’u has been appointed as the Executive Secretary.
Shiek Abbas Abubakar Daneji, Shiek Shehi Shehi Maihula, Amb. Munir Lawan- Member, Shiek Isma’il Mangu, Hajia Aishatu Munir Matawalle, Dr. Sani Ashir will serve as members
The statement said the “The appointees are expected to takeover the affairs of the board immediately to ensure a successful 2023 Hajj operation”
