Collection of 2019 hajj deposits is still open – Bauchi Pilgrims Board

The Bauchi state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has said that the registration of intending pilgrims for 2019 hajj is still open
A statement signed by the boards information officer, Mohammad Sani Yunusa said that “the executive secretary of the Board, Alhaji Abdullahi Magaji Hardawa disclosed this while briefing press on the 2019 hajj exercise in his office.”
Magaji Hardawa said we have not received any directive from National Hajj Commission NAHCON to stop the collection of deposits from intending Pilgrims, hope this shall be done after the 2019 hajj faire is announced.
Hardawa urged those who are willing to go for this year’s hajj to use the Golden opportunity to pay their hajj deposits, in order to get themselves registered among the 2019 intending Pilgrims from the state.
He further explained that Biometric Data capturing to those intending Pilgrims who paid up to one million naira as their 2019 hajj deposit in Bauchi state, is on going process at Makurdi road,along BASEPA, GRA Bauchi.
Hardawa also called on all intending Pilgrims who are yet to submit their filled data hajj registration forms to do it on time, this will enable the state pilgrims board and National Hajj Commission of Nigeria complete the preparation for exercise.
