EXCLUSIVE: NAHCON to organize stakeholders meeting next week

As part of preparations for Hajj 2023, the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), is set to hold an all-stakeholders meeting to deliberate on how to formally kick-start next year’s Hajj exercise.

 

A copy of the Invitation dated 7th of November seen by HAJJ REPORTERS and addressed to Chief Executive Officers States Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards/Agencies/Commission shows that a meeting with the leadership of States Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards forum will hold on Sunday 13th November while another meeting with the states chief executives is scheduled for Monday 14th of November.

The commission will meet with all Hajj stakeholders, directors of Finance and their operations counterparts on Thursday 17th of November at the Auditorium Hall of the National Mosque in Abuja by 10 am.

 

HAJJ REPORTERS observed that this would be the first post-2022 Hajj meeting that will hold, involving all stakeholders after the operational challenges experienced during the 2022 Hajj exercise.
