The governor sends his condolences to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the family of the deceased through the Embassy on behalf of the government and people of Kano state and prayed to Allah to grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.

Mr Ganduje recalled the support of late Ambassador in reviving education sector in the country, which, according to the governor, “informed his viable support to the education of our people. His Excellency the late Ambassador was exceptional and extremely unassuming.”

During the visit, the governor was received at the Embassy by the Deputy Ambassador, Muhammad Al-Bazaan, who along with other senior officials of the Embassy, expressed their gratitude over the condolence visit, revealing that he (Ganduje) was the first governor to pay such visit.
