Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad has been applauded for his outstanding commitment that led to the success of the 2019 Hajj operation.
The executive Secretary Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Mal Alkasim Dallami Shall made the commendation in Bauchi while receiving a Nigerian meritorious service Award from Gold Image Communication and digest international Abuja.
Alkasim said Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad demonstrated a high sense of leadership commitment by associating with pilgrims aimed at identifying problems with a view to take immediate action.
Alkasim added that the Governor further appointed a powerful 2019 Hajj Committee under the leadership of the Deputy Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Baba Tela who worked round the clock to ensure successes of the Hajj exercise.
He also used the opportunity to commend the NAHCON Chairman, Barrister Abdullahi Muktar Muhammad for the adequate arrangements that led to the airlift of Nigerian pilgrims directly to Madina for the first time, before the pilgrimage.
Also appreciating Gold Image Communication, Alkasim described the Award as a challenge and a chance of performing better services to humanity.
Earlier, presenting the Award the editor of Gold Image Communication Abuja, Prince Adewale Oyetunji said the honour of Mal Dallami Alkasim Shall is for his immense contribution to the success of 2019 Hajj exercise.
