Gov Buni appoints Gana Fantami as Yobe Hajj Commission’s Secretary

The Executive Governor of Yobe State, Hon Mai Bala Buni has approved the appointment of Alh Gana Fantami as Secretary of, the Yobe State Pilgrims Welfare Commission.

A statement signed by the Head of Service Alh Garba Bilal dated 18th August said the appointment of   Alh Gana Fantami is based on his record of performance and competence.

Meanwhile, the new secretary has assumed office after a handing over ceremony held on the 21 August 2023 at the commission conference Hall at Damaturu in Yobe State.

The outgoing secretary Baba Hassan Yusuf has lauded the state government, the opportunity given to him for the as secretary of the commission.
