Gov Masari Receives 2018 Hajj Report

The Katsina state Governor, Aminu Bello Masari has received the 2018 Hajj operations report on Thursday at at government house.


The report was presented by the Amirul Hajj of 2018 hajj who doubles as the Chairman of the Committee, Rt. Hon Abubakar Yahaya Kusada. Kusada was the Speaker Katsina State House of Assembly as at the time of the operations who was later elected as Member Federal House of Representative, Representing Kankia/Kusada/Ingawa Federal Constituency.


A statement signed by Director General Media & Publicity Ibrahim Mu’azzam Abdullahi quoted Kusada as saying that “the report contains details of operations from Nigeria to Saudi Arabia adding “they have successfully discharge the mandate on them peacefully as the participants were all happy”


“We thank Allahu Subhanahu wata’ala for the success and the success can never be disconnected with his Excellency’s gracious approvals of needs”, he said.


While thanking the Governor, Kusada prayed to Allah to grant his Excellency a successful outing in his second term to double the result of the first. He also prayed for peace in the state.


In his reaction, Gov Masari appreciated the Committee for a job well-done, especially as they discharge their duties without any complaint from participants compared to previous Hajj operations.


He prayed for successful future engagement to members of the committee and seek Allah’s guidance in their endeavours.
