Gov Sule Applauds NAHCON for transforming Hajj Operation In Nigeria

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has received a delegation from the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON led by its Chairman Ustaz Zikirullah Hassan in Abuja.

During the visit, Governor Sule commends NMAHCON for introducing Digital Transformation and other initiatives that will no doubt addressed challenges of registration and as well as enhancing the welfare of the Nigerian Pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.

The Governor who said he was “overwhelmed by visit stated that “Nasarawa State will always support NAHCON to enable its achieved its goals in hajj operation”.

Earlier, NAHCON Chairman Ustaz Zikirullah Hassan said the visit was aimed at strengthening the existing relationship with Nasarawa State Government and the State Pilgrims Board to improve the welfare of the state Pilgrims and Nigeria as a whole.

Ustaz Zikirullah who was accompanied by the Chairman House Committee on Pilgrimage Mallam Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba and the Executive Secretary Nasarawa State Muslims Pilgrims Welfare Board Mallam Idris Ahmad Almakura told the Governor that over the years Pilgrims from Nasarawa State are exhibiting a high level of maturity during hajj exercise the situation that always earned respect not only to Pilgrims but the Nasarawa state government.

The NAHCON boss used the medium to commend Governor Sule for effectively supporting the activities of the Nasarawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board urging him to sustain the tempo.

In separate remarks, Mallam Abubakar Hassan Nalaraba and Idris Ahmad Almakura promised to support policies and programs of NAHCON for effective hajj management in Nigeria.
