The Katsina state pilgrims welfare board will commence the Registration/collection of the 2020 Hajj deposits from intending pilgrims in Katsina on Monday.
The Acting Executive Director of the Board Alhaji Dalhatu Usman disclosed this to newsmen when he briefed them on the preparations of the boards so far as regards to the 2020 Hajj Deposits Collection in the state.
Alhaji Dalhatu Usman who is the Director Finance and the most senior officer in the board said the commencement of the Deposits collection followed the approval given by the Executive Governor of the state Mallam Aminu Bello Masari Dallatun Katsina as Directed by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria(NAHCON).
He said each intending pilgrims are expected to Deposits 1.5million at once or N300, 000:00 monthly starting from Monday 18th November 2019 to March 2020 respectively.
The Ag Executive Director urged intending pilgrims to ensure that they deal with the zonal pilgrims’ officers in their respective zonal pilgrims’ offices and warned them that the board will only accept Bank Draft.
