Hajj 2021: Katsina Pilgrims Board partner immigration service

The Executive Director Katsina state pilgrims welfare board Alhaji Suleiman Nuhu kuki has acknowledged the contributions and support rendered to the board by the Nigerian Immigration Service in Katsina state.

The executive director was speaking when he received the newly posted controller of immigration katsina command who paid him a courtesy call in his office today.

Alhaji Suleiman Nuhu Kuki also described the Nigerian Immigration Service as a “critical stakeholder” as per as the conduct of Hajj operation is concerned, adding that the board will continue to partner with the command and engaged the service as such areas as procurement of e-passport, the usual screening of pilgrims both outbound and inbound among other things.

He assured the controller That Katsina state pilgrims welfare board will continue to support and cooperate with NIS in the discharge of the command responsibilities.

Earlier the newly posted controller of the immigration Katsina state command Alhaji Abdullahi Abba Dalhatu told the Executive Director that he was at the state pilgrims welfare board office to introduce himself to the management of the board and solicit for their support and corporation in the discharge of his assignment in the state.

The controller who spoke extensively on the activities of the command in the State urged the ED to continue support and corporate with his command towards the actualization of the said objectives of both the command and the state pilgrims welfare board respectively.
