Hajj 2022: Nasarawa Muslim Pilgrims’ Board Begins Medical Screening Wednesday

The Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board under the leadership of Mallam Idris Ahmad Almakura said the board has concluded necessary arrangements to commence medical screening of eligible intending pilgrims across the state.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the board Abdul-Razak Muhammad and made available to newsmen in Lafia.

 

The statement noted that the medical team which is expected to spend one day in each of the three Senatorial zones will commence with Nasarawa South Senatorial District on Wednesday, 18, May 2022 at the Headquarters of the board along Jos Road in Lafia.

 

According to the statement, intending pilgrims from Nasarawa North Senatorial District are to converge at the Akwanga Central Mosque on Thursday, 19th May 2022 for medical screening.

 

While intending pilgrims from Nasarawa, Udege, Loko, Toto, Umaisha and Gadabuke are to come to the Emir’s palace Nasarawa on Friday, 20th-May, 2022 by 10 AM-5 PM.

 

On Saturday, 21th May 2022, Intending pilgrims from Keffi, Karu, Karshi, Panda, Kokona and Agwada are expected to gather at the Primary Healthcare Emir Palace Keffi from 10am- 4PM.

 

Those who may have missed the exercise as scheduled above can come to the Board’s Headquarters in Lafia for their medical screening.
