Hajj 2022: Niger State Begins distribution of 32 Kg bags to Pilgrims in Makkah
The Niger State Pilgrims Welfare Board has beings the distribution of 32 Kg main luggage bag to all Pilgrims of the State.
The Executive Secretary of the State Pilgrims Welfare Board Alh Umar Makun Lapai urged all Pilgrims to be law abiding and not to exceed the forty kilograms legally given to each pilgrim. Alh Makun explained that an 8 kg hand luggage was given to everyone before leaving the State and another 32kg will get be given to each pilgrim through their Area Pilgrims Welfare Officers (APWO’s).
The Exec Sec further stated that any pilgrim that packed more than the required kilo may end up losing some of the goods as the Airline will not condone excess in the bags.
Alh Umar Makun warned against putting Zam Zam water in the main luggage and assured all Pilgrims that they will collect their 5 litters on arrival in Minna, Niger State.
