HAJJ 2022: RIVERS STATE MUSLIM PILGRIMS’ BOARD BAGS AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

Rivers State Muslim Pilgrims Board under the leadership of Alhaji Diepriye Abdulrazak Cline has been honoured with an Award of Excellence in recognition of outstanding performance in deadline for 90% remittance of Hajj fares during the 2022 Hajj exercise. The award was given by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).

 

Reacting to the award, Alhaji Diepriye Abdulrazak Cline said the feat was made possible by the administration of Governor Nyesom Wike who has always made Muslim Welfare Board a priority and has been consistent in delivering all that is needed to take care of their needs before and during #Hajj.

 

The award was given at the National Mosque at Abuja, which had in attendance, all stakeholders, directors of operations and directors of finance.

 

In his speech, Alhaji Abdulrazak Diepriye Cline, thanked his Excellency, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, GSSRS, POS (Africa) for creating an enabling environment for Muslims in Rivers State to thrive, noting that he has never been discriminatory and has been proactive in their affairs. He dedicated the award to the Governor and people of Rivers State.
