HAJJ 2023: ADAMAWA COMPLETES AIRLIFT OF ITS PILGRIMS TO SAUDI ARABIA

The Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission has successfully completed airlift of its intending Pilgrims to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj 2023 exercise.

The last batch of the state pilgrims departed Lamido Aliyu Mustapha International Airport with 217 Adamawa passengers conveyed by Aero flight NIG9033 for Jeddah at 22:19hrs.

The outgoing operation was so successful that many intending Pilgrims from the state acknowledged the performance of the Commission under the leadership of the Executive Secretary, Malam Abubakar Salihu as a pacesetter in Hajj management in Nigeria.

The Permanent Secretary and Executive Secretary expressed profound gratitude to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for the support and co-operation extended to the Commission which enabled it discharged its responsibility diligently.

Similarly, Malam Abubakar Salihu urged all the State Pilgrims to exhibit high sense of responsibility, tolerance to one another and to pray to Allah for the success of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri in the State.
