Hajj 2023: AHUON cautions Nigerian pilgrims against carrying prohibited items to Saudi

The Association For Hajj and Umrah Operators of Nigeria, AHUON has cautioned all pilgrims and international pilgrims in particular to refrain from carrying all prohibited items while traveling to Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj to guard against any unpleasantries in the holy land.

The Zonal Secretary, North, of the Association, Alhaji Muhammad Hadi Salisu made the pledge in a telephone interview with Freedom Radio Group, Kaduna Station.

Salisu, who commended the supervisory role of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON on Hajj affairs in Nigeria,  pledged to render quality services to all intending pilgrims for this year’s Hajj that availed themselves with the services of members of the association.

He said adequate arrangements have been made by members, in Saudi Arabia, to ensure comfort and stress free Hajj exercise for their pilgrims.

He further advised the pilgrims to be good ambassadors of Islam and the Nigerian Muslim Ummah while in the holy land by being law abiding and respect all rules and regulations of the host country.

Alhaji Hadi expressed delight over NAHCON’s cooperation and assistance, where necessary, to the Association and its members.
