HAJJ 2023:  CROSS RIVER BEGIN REGISTRATION OF PILGRIMS, SET N1.5 MILLION AS HAJJ FARE DEPOSIT

Cross River state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced it will start collecting hajj fare deposits today Friday – as part of the registration of intending pilgrims for the 2023 hajj exercise.

A statement signed by the Secretary of the board Alh Abdullahi Orok quote the Chairman of the board Rabilu Abdullahi Maimaje saying that the minimum deposit for 2023 hajj fare is N1.5 million and that prospective pilgrim can either make the payments through a Bank draft from commercial Banks in favour of Cross River State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board or through the Hajj savings scheme.
