HAJJ 2023: NASARAWA PILGRIMS BOSS VISIT ACCIDENT VICTIMS AT THE HOSPITAL

The Executive Secretary Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Mallam Idris Ahmad Almakura has visited some intending Pilgrims involved in an accident on their way to Hajj Camp Abuja ahead of to their airlifting slated for Thursday 25th of this month.

 

Addressing the victims, at the Federal Medical Centre Keffi, Mallam Idris Almakura said those who sustain minor degree of injury will be allow to continue with their journey to the holy land.

 

He further explained that two out of the victims had fracture in their legs while one sustained serious neck injury and had to be drop as they can not be able to embark on the spiritual journey.

 

Mallam Idris Almakura who was accompanied by some Board members and staff of the board called on the affected Pilgrims to remain calm and have faith in God saying the board have settle all the medical bills, just as he appealed to the management of the hospital to give more attention to the victims for quick response.

Our Correspondent Abdulrazaq Muhammad reports that one of the victim said the accident occurred as a result of reckless driving from the driver.
