Saudi Arabia’ Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said that it is not possible to add companions in Hajj after paying the fees.

It has also confirmed that pilgrims cannot perform Hajj except if they hold a visa designated for that, or who have a regular residence (Iqama) inside Saudi Arabia.

The applicant for Hajj can cancel his reservation to perform the rituals through the e-track of domestic pilgrims inside Saudi Arabia.

It is worth mentioning that the ministry has announced earlier that it has opened registration for Hajj 1444 by pilgrims from within the Kingdom with the price of packages beginning at SR3,984.

Domestic pilgrims have the option of paying the Hajj package costs in three installments, instead of paying the full amount in one go, as was the case during previous years.

The ministry said prospective pilgrims could make a partial payment of 20% of the total cost to reserve their place. The down payment must be paid within 72 hours of the registration date.

The second installment, which is 40%, must be paid no later than 7/7/1444 AH. The remaining 40% can be paid until 10/10/1444 AH.

Each payment will have a separate invoice, the ministry said, noting that the Hajj status will become “confirmed” when the pilgrim makes the payments on time. The reservation will be canceled if the payments are not completed.
