Jeddah: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said it will cancel the booking of domestic pilgrims who delay in paying the second installment of the Hajj fee on time. The deadline for paying the second installment has passed. Payment is made for ordering through the ‘Sadad’ system only. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah also said that the deadline for the third payment is May 1 (before 10 Shawwal).

If the booking is canceled due to non-payment of the second payment, Hajj can be re-booked subject to seat availability. Packages can be found according to the seats available in each package. Only those with a valid national identity card or Iqama can book Hajj. Once the Hajj package fee payment and booking is complete, the Ministry of Home Affairs will start issuing permits from Shawwal 15 (May 5). A message will be sent to the applicant with the license number issued. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah also said that the applicant can print the Hajj permit through the ‘Abshir’ platform.

The Ministry of Hajj Umrah said that if anyone wants to cancel their order, they can see all the details regarding order cancellation and refund on the home page of the e-website for domestic pilgrims.
