The number of pilgrims who arrived in Madinah till Monday, June 19, reached 744,862, the Saudi Hajj and Visit Committee said.
The pilgrims included several nationalities, and came through the air and sea ports to perform Hajj this year.
According to information released by the Committee, the number of arrivals for Sunday alone amounted to 26,879 pilgrims, of whom 18,935 pilgrims arrived at Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah via 84 flights.
The Immigration Center received 90 flights carrying 2,938 pilgrims, and the Land Pilgrims Center received 151 flights carrying 4,896 pilgrims.
The Two Holy Mosques train carries 110 pilgrims through 12 trips.
The statistics indicated that the number of pilgrims departing on Sunday on their way to the holy sites in Makkah Al-Mukarramah amounted to 587,845 pilgrims.
