Hajj Cancellation: Ondo Muslim Pilgrims’ Board to Refund Deposit to intending pilgrims

Ondo State Muslim Welfare Board, has resolved to refund the pilgrims that registered for 2020 and 2021 Hajj.

 

The resolution was reached at the boards meeting that was chaired by the chairman of the board, Alhaji (Engr.) Adam Zikirilah Chandy

 

The Executive chairman of the board, Alhaji Adam Zikirilah Chandy informed staff at  the meeting of the board’s readiness to effect 100 percent refund of the deposit made by each intending pilgrims.

 

Alh. Adam Zikirilah Chandy used the forum to appreciate the staff for their dedication and honesty in the discharge of their duties.

 

He advised all interested pilgrims seeking for refund to apply through their agents or personally for those who paid directly to board’s accounts in writing and the letter should reach the board on or before 5th July,2021, while the refund is slated to commence on the 7th July, 2021.

 

In his closing remarks, the chairman commended the efforts of the Secretary, accountant and all the members of staff for being prudent in the management of the affairs of the board, He assured the staff of his continuous support and cooperation.
