HAJJ SAVING SCHEME: NASARAWA PILGRIMS’ BOARD MEET JA’IZ BANK, SET FOR 2023 HAJJ

The team of the Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board led by Executive Secretary of the board Mallam Idris Ahmad Almakura on Wednesday had a crucial meeting with the management of Ja’iz Bank at their branch in Karu Local Government Area of  Nasarawa State.

 

The discussion between the two parties centered on registering intending pilgrims under Hajj Saving Scheme.

According to Idris Ahmad Almakura the move was part of his desire to adhere strictly to the directive of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON on Hajj Saving Scheme.

 

During the meeting, Idris Almakura requested for necessary procedure/guidelines for enrolling pilgrims who wish to be part of the scheme for.

 

Idris Almakura restated his commitments towards protecting the integrity of pilgrims from the state who wishes to enroll in the Hajj Saving Scheme.

In their words, Ja’iz Bank who thanked the management of the Nasarawa State pilgrims Board for finding time to have an interface with the bank on Hajj Saving Scheme, promised to operate within the ambit of the law to achieve the desire objectives.
