JUST IN: 2,031,213 Umrah Pilgrims arrived  Saudi Arabia – Ministry of Hajj

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has released the number of Umrah pilgrims that visited the Kingdom since the commencement of Umrah Season.

The new figure which was released today via its twitter handle shows that 2,371,441 Umrah visas have been issued while 2,031,213 Umrah pilgrims have so far visited the Kingdom.

The breakdown by countries shows that 495, 270 Pakistanis, 443, 897 Indonesians, 262, 887 Indians, 116,335 Malaysians,  104, 920 Egyptians, 80, 238 Algerians,  78, 512 Turkeys, 72, 142 Bangladesh, and 43, 370, 32,001 are from Emirates and Jordan respectively
