JUST IN: Gombe refund 146 Intending Hajj 2020 Pilgrims

The Gombe State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has successfully concluded the refund of 2020 Hajj deposits to intending pilgrims who wished to collect their money back across the 11 LGA in the state.

The Executive Secretary of the board, Alhaji Sa’adu Hassan said out 1,077 who deposited their money against 2020 hajj, 146 have been refunded while the remaining have chosen to leave their deposits as roll-over against 2021.

According to him, those that leave their deposits will be given priority of registration during the 2021 Hajj exercise.

The Executive Secretary further explained that the collection of 2021 Hajj Deposit begins on the 9th of September 2020 as directed by the NAHCON.
