JUST IN: NAHCON urges Saudi service providers to employ Nigerians living in Kingdom during Hajj

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has called on Saudi Arabia Hajj service providers to secure the services of Nigerians residing in the Kingdom during hajj season.

The Ag Chairman of NAHCON, Barr Abdullahi Mukhtar Muhammad made the request Sunday during a meeting with Saudi Arabian United Agents in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

 

Mr. Tareq S. Ghurab, the Deputy Chairman of the Agency praised the Commission for their cooperation and urged NAHCON to continue on that course of improvement.

 

The NAHCON Ag. Chairman also requested that “henceforth, refunds of tour operators be made directly to the tour operators’ account and not Hajj Commission’s account”.

Secondly, NAHCON says it wants a situation where Nigerian pilgrims will spend fewer hours at Madinah airport.

Mr. Tareq said he is available at the Madinah airport 24hrs and will see to the request.
