Saudi Arabia has commenced sampling pilgrim’s opinion about the level of their satisfaction on hajj services rendered to them in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
An SMS message has been send through all the Kingdom mobile outlets to pilgrims urging them to gives feedback on their satisfaction or otherwise on the following hajj services: Readiness of the facilities of Al-Mashaer Al-Moqadasa “holy places” – Mena, Al-Haram: Experience of visiting Al-Haram “Grand” Mosque, Jamarat: Experience of throwing Jamarat, Train: Al-Mashaer Train, Hospitals and Health Centers: Medical Services in Makkah, Public Services: Services Provided by Hajj Campaigns
