The Kaduna Pilgrims’ Agency said it is ready to work with Private Tour Operators in the state to begin the airlift of Umrah pilgrims from Kaduna International airport.
The Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr Yusuf Yakubu Arrigasiyyu stated this when he hosted some licensed Private Hajj and Umrah Tour Operators at the headquarters of the boards located at Katsina road in Kaduna
Arrigasiyyu said “over the years, Umrah Passengers from Kaduna State used to be airlifted from either FCT or Kano State.
According to him “the state has put machinery in motion to change the tide “Alhamdulillah, with the efforts put in place by the agency and the giant stride by our dynamic governor Nasir El-rufai, Umrah travellers and tour operators don’t have to go through the stress of going to other states, with uncertainties and disappointments as we are ready to work with you to make this a reality”.
