The Kano state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has said that it has a strong media crew covering Hajj 2022.
The board said there are currently five Journalists from different media houses from the state, as well as five citizen journalists working as part of its social media crew.
The Executive Secretary of the state pilgrims welfare board, Alh Abbah Muhammad Dambatta states this on Saturday while reacting to a HAJJ REPORTERS detailing how some states chose to sideline their media heads to this year’s Hajj exercise.
Given the details, the Kano pilgrims Boss said “Kano conveyed 5 media crew from different radio and television stations in the state as members of 2022 Hajj media team”
“The team comprises of Journalists from Radio Kano, ARTV, Grantee Radio, a representative of Kano Correspondents Chapel and a photo journalist from Indent Video Coverage as well as 5 members of social media platforms”.
