Katsina Begins Payment of Refund to Hajj 2020/2021 intending pilgrims

Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board said it has commenced the refunds of Hajj deposits Hajj 2020/2021 intending Pilgrims from the state

This was contained in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the  Board, Badaru Karofi.

 

The Executive Director of the Board Alh. Suleiman Nuhu Kuki stated this during the flag-off of the payment of the refunds exercise in Funtua and Malumfashi zonal offices in Katsina state on Wednesday.

 

According to him, the board has secured approval from His Excellency, Governor Aminu Bello Masari to commence the refunds exercise in compliance with the directives of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria(NAHCON).

 

Kuki revealed that about 450 intending Pilgrims has made requests for refund adding that the board is ever ready to effect refund to intending pilgrims who are willing to retrieve their hajj deposits.

 

Suleiman kuki further inform intending pilgrims that those who wish to rolled over their deposit to Hajj 2022 will be documented under an agreement with the board

 

 

While commending them for their patience and understanding, Kuki urges intending pilgrims from the state to continue to pray for normalcy
