Katsina Pilgrims’ Board to airlifts Umrah Pilgrims January – Executive Director

The Executive Director, Katsina state pilgrims welfare board  Alh. Suleiman Nuhu Kuki held a meeting with the management of Federal Airport Authority of Umaru Musa Yar’adua international airport Katsina at the Board’s headquarters in Katsina to strategise the boards plan to commence Umrah services.

 

Alhaji Suleiman Nuhu kuki informed the Manager of the Airport Authority of the approval of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Katsina State to venture into Umrah services and the board’s intention to utilise the Umaru Musa Yar’adua international airport for the airlift of Umrah pilgrims from Katsina state.

 

A statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Board, Alh Badaru Bello Karofi said that The Executive Director officially informed them of the board’s intention to airlifts its first set of Umrah pilgrims in January 2022 and hope to begin full Umrah operations during the peak period of Ramadan using Umaru Musa Yar’adua international airport Katsina”.
