PRESS RELEASE

I, on behalf of myself and the Management of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) commiserate with the The Muslim Congress, Almumeenat and entire Muslims on the sad event of the death of our beloved sisters on their way to the Islamic Vacation Training in Shagamu, Ogun State.

While we are devastated by the sad news, we take solace in the fact they died as martyrs and whom the AlmightyAllah has promised Aljanatul Firdaus. Ameen.

I besiege the Almighty Allah to forgive our beloved sisters and elevate their station among those who are guided, send them along the path of those who came before and forgive them all. Lord of the world, enlarge for them their graves and shed light upon them in Aljanat. Ameen.

My heart is also with the TMC and AlMumeenat (The Believing Women) at this moment.

Their Training forum and contribution has been source of spiritual inspiration to uplifting and preparing Muslims to be better persons for the growth of the family and the society.
