The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has scheduled activities to sensitise and formally unveiled Hajj Saving Scheme South West geo-political zone of the country.
A statement signed by NAHCON Head of Public Affairs Unit, Fatima Sanda Usara, said “Starting from Monday, 14th December 2020 in Osun Oshogbo, the team will on Tuesday, 15th December 2020 move to Ogun, Oba’s Complex, Governor’s office, Abeokuta for the event at 10:00 am. On Wednesday 16/12/2020, the Hajj Savings Scheme campaign will commence by 10:00 am again in Ado-Ekiti.
It said “the grand finale of the South West Campaign will be hosted by Lagos state government with launching of the scheme on 20th of December by 11:00 am”.
Usara stated that “Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu had earlier made a commitment to personally grace the occasion before the new development
“Venue of the South-West grand launching is Radio Lagos, Eko Fm, Marque, Lateef Jakande Road, Agidinggbi, Ikeja Lagos. Top dignitaries from NAHCON, Lagos State Pilgrims’ Welfare Board, Ja’iz Bank, traditional institution and the general public are expected to attend the occasion.
