The Executive Secretary Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Mallam Idris Ahmad Almakura has led management and staff of the board to the resident of the newly appointed Chairman of Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Board, Col. Jibrin Bala Yakubu (rtd) to congratulate him on his appointment by the Governor of Nasarawa State Engineer Abdullah Sule.
According to Pilgrims board boss, the board is excited with his appointment in view of his vast experience which he will bring to bear for effective service delivery.
Idris Almakura promised to give all the necessary support to the new chairman of board to enable him discharge his duties effectively.
Responding, the newly appointed board chairman Col. Jibrin Bala Yakubu retired thanked the executive secretary and his team for the visit and assured of his determination to contribute his quota to achieve the set goals.
Earlier before the visit, the Executive Secretary and his team had attended the swearing-in ceremony of the board chairman at government House Lafia.
It will be recall that Governor of Nasarawa State Engineer Abdullahi Sule has appointed the former board chairman Mustapha Yahuza Musa as DG rural roads.
