The Independent National Hajj Reporters has awarded the Executive Secretary Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Mallam Idris Almakura as BEST STATE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY in Crisis Management and Welfare Services in 2023 HAJJ.

Idris Almakura who was represented at the event by DFA of the board Balarabe Musa Sale said the award was as a result of the Governor’s support to the board.

He however applauded staff and management of the board for their commitment to overcome challenges confronted during the just concluded 2023 Hajj operation urging them to work as a team towards the success of next year’s Hajj.

While acknowledging the contribution of the Independent Hajj Reporters for recognising his efforts in management critical challenges that arose during and after, Hajj Mallam Idris Almakura assured his  determination to improve better services to pilgrims’in the year’s Hajj.

The event which took place at National Mosque Abuja brought together relevant stakeholders in Hajj operation.
