Iftar: Kano governor, Ganduje host NAHCON Boss

Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano state on Tuesday hosted to Iftar, the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Barr. Zikrullah Kunle Hassan.

The governor received Alhaji Hassan and his team at the Government House Kano.

 Hajj Reporters reports that the NAHCON Boss and his board members were in Kano to commiserate with the Commissioner, PPMF of the commission, Alhaji Nura Hassan Yakasai over the death of his mother, Hajiya Rukayya Hassan Mohammad.

Barr. Zikrullah, who paid a courtesy visit to Governor Ganduje, was ushered in by the governor to have special Iftar, along side other dignitaries, according to a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Kano Pilgrims Welfare Board, Hadiza Abbas Sanusi.

The NAHCON Boss was accompanied by the Commissioner Operations, Alhaji Abdullahi Magaji Hardawa, A.g Secretary, Alhaji Ahmad Maigari, S. A. Technical, Dr Danbaba Haruna, Zonal Coordinator North West, Alhaji Lawan Ahmad Katsina, Chairman KSPWB, Prof Abdallah Saleh Pakistan and The Executive Secretary, Kano State pilgrims welfare board Alhaji Muhammad Abba Danbatta.

“The NAHCON management team earlier visited Kano state Pilgrims Welfare Board where they were warmly received by the Executive Secretary, Alhaji Muhammad Abba Danbatta and some of his management members,” the statement reads in part.
