Over 6.6 million Umrah pilgrims arrive in Kingdom
RIYADH — As many as 6,639,295 pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Press Agency said on Friday quoting the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
In its weekly cumulative indicator, the ministry said the Saudi authorities have so far issued 7,222,369 visas to people intending to perform Umrah.
The Umrah-related initiative is among the main objectives of the Kingdom Vision 2030, seeking to attract over 30 million Umrah performers by providing them with excellent services to enrich their experience. — SPA
