The Chairman, Niger State Hajj Commission handed Basic Travelling Allowance (BTA) to Niger State Pilgrim who lost his BTA during the 2016 Hajj Exercise. The money was found by a pilgrim who returns it to Hajj Commission for onward transmission to owner.
