Plateau Muslim Pilgrim’s Board Boss felicitates with Gov. Simon Lalong

Governor Simon Lalong, has been described as the rescuer of the Plateau State Muslim pilgrims Welfare Board, from shamble situation to brighter future.

Executive Secretary of the board, Barr. Auwal Abdullahi, in a press release, made the description, while felicitating with his boss, successful inauguration to steer the ship of the State in the next four years.

He said: “As part of His Excellence’s rescue mission upon assumption in office, far back 2015, Governor Simon Lalong, has done so well within his purview to ensure adequate welfare of the State intending and performing Muslim pilgrims.”

According to the release signed by the board information officer, Alhaji Sanusi Suleiman Namu,  Muslims in the State, are appreciative of Lalong’s concerned over their affairs.

“The Governor has in his first three years, refunded hundreds of differed intending pilgrims, that he inherited from the previous administration, and have also over the last four years sponsored hundreds of other intending pilgrims from the State,” he said.

Barr. Abdullahi, said the staff and management of the board, are happy to have Lalong as the Governor of the State, “as his policies has helped in rescuing the board from shambles situation to brighter future.”

“On behalf of the staff and management of the board, I heartily felicitates with his Governor Simon Bako Lalong, having taken yet another oath of office.

“We pray Allah to guide and guard you to do more good to the entire Plateau People in the next coming years,” he said.
