Saudi announces New Umrah  policy, increases monthly capacity to 2 million pilgrim

Saudi Ministry of Hajj has announced new policy for Umrah with effect from Monday 1st Muharram 1443AH.

Below are the new guidelines as announced by Ministry of Hajj and Umrah

– Increasing Capacity of Internal Pilgrims to 60,000 per day from Monday

– Increasing monthly Capacity of Pilgrims to 2 million from Monday

– No fixed Cap on total Pilgrims this year

 – Immunisation against COVID-19 mandatory requirement

– Booking of Umrah permits, Ziyarah and Prayers at Rawdah and Masjid Al Haram through Eatmarna or Tawakalana

– Children under 18 years old not allowed to enter Haramain Sharifain

– Reciving Pilgrims from different countries from Monday
