Saudi introduce on-spot Pilgrims’ service surveillance

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will commence the process of surveying the services provided to pilgrims and Worshippers inside Haramain.

A short statement posted on official Haraimain says that “Worshipers and pilgrims will be continuously surveyed regarding the services provided to them at Masjid Al Haram in an effort to measure satisfaction levels and improve departments.”
