The General President for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque in Saudi Arabia, Sheikh AbulRahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais has received media report on the coverage of Umrah during the holy month of Ramadan.
The report was presented by the Deputy President for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, Dr. Muhammad Al-Khudairi, in the presence of Counselor and the Undersecretary Supervising Scientific and Academic Affairs, Dr. Nabil Al-Luhaidan, Honorable Counselor and the Undersecretary Supervising the Guiding and Intellectual Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Hudhaifi, and His Excellency the Deputy President for Executive and Development Affairs, Professor Abdulaziz Al-Ayoubi, and His Excellency the Assistant Undersecretary for Relations and Media Affairs at the Presidential Agency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, Dr. Saad bin Ali Al-Asmari.
Dr. AbulRahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais praised the efforts and record achieved by the Media department. The reports showed that number of press releases reached 119,and 504 tweets on the agency’s Twitter account. 76 News broadcast on satellite channels and published materials reached 76 during the same period. In the Prophets’ Mosques, 20 million people views were recorded.
Receiving the report, Sheikh Sudais stressed the importance of strengthening its services with the latest technologies and developing the business system to achieve the aspirations of the rulers of the Kingdom (may God protect them)
He praised the efforts of the Agency’s employees and partners from the security men and employees of Ministries of Hajj and Ministry of Health during the blessed Ramadan season.
Sheikh Sudais charged the staff to be fully prepared for this exceptional year’s pilgrimage to complete the march of achievements that was recorded during the blessed month of Ramadan, and to exert more creativity and excellence in the field of developing plans in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. He admonished them on development and use of modern technology in terms of language translations and artificial intelligence.
