SULTAN SA’AD ABUBAKAR COMMENDS GOVERNOR BALA MOHAMMED’S INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT, COMMISSION BAUCHI ULTRA MORDERN HAJJ TRANSIT CAMP

The newly completed Bauchi state international hajj transit camp has been commissioned with a call on the Muslim Ummah to always work towards propagating Islam.

 

The new hajj transit camp is among the many developmental strides in the governor in the two years stewardship of Governor Bala Mohammed.

 

Commissioning the ultra modern edifice, Sultan Of Sokoto and Chairman Supreme Council Of Islamic Affairs, His Eminence Mohammadu Sa’ad Abubakar  commended Governor Bala Mohammed for embarking on the project which will no doubt address the accommodation problems facing intending Muslim Pilgrims from the state and beyond.

His Eminence Mohammadu Sa’ad Abubakar called on other leaders to emulate the governor for sustainable growth and development.

 

Islamic Scholars Including Sheik Yahaya Jingre, Sheik Ibrahim Idris, Sheik Balarabe Tafawa Balewa, and the Catholic Bishop Of Bauchi, Bishop Hillary Dachelem among others all applauded the foresight of the governor for giving the people of Bauchi State A Befitting Hajj Transit Camp one of the best in africa.

 

Speaker Bauchi State House Of Assembly Rt. Hon . Abubakar Y. Sulaiman expressed happiness that the project has been delivered and would be put to use for the comfort of the pilgrims.

Chairman Nahcon Zikirulla Kunle Hassan Represented by Alh Abdullahi Magaji Hardawa said the Hajj Transit Camp would be used for tripartite partnership between the Bauchi State Government,  Nahcon and The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia for the purpose of hajj and other exercise.

 

Governor Bala Mohammed said his decision to give Bauchi State a Befitting Hajj Transit Camp is to address one of the numerous challenges in hajj operations which is accommodation.

 

He appreciate the sultan for the honor and that his administration would continue to execute developmental projects that have direct bearings on the lives of the masses.

 

While calling for continued support and prayers from all and sundry, Governor Bala Mohammed charged the State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board to ensure judicious and proper management of the edifice for the good of all.
