Taraba State Muslim Pilgrims Board commence Registration, fix N2.6 million fare deposit

The Taraba State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board said it has begun the registration of intending pilgrims from the state.

 

 

A statement signed by the Executive Secretary of the Board, Alh Umar Ahmed Chiroma said the board has fixed N2.6 million as an initial deposit for those who wish to perform the 2023 Hajj in the state.

 

He urges all intending Pilgrims to pay through the board’s account on or before the 30th of this month advising intending pilgrims not to pay money into any individual account, warning that the board will not take responsibility for any risk thereof.

 

 

Chiroma said the board will inform the general public should there be any additional or subtraction as soon as National Hajj Commission (NAHCON) officially announce the 2023 hajj fare
