The Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Abdulfattah bin Sulaiman Mashat,  has expressed optimistic positive vision for a qualitative transformation of volunteer work in the service of the guests of Rahman.

Dr. Abdulfattah noted that the solid foundations of our people in this field and the creative models of what is known as the third sector will contribute a great deal in the service of pilgrims.
