The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah clarified the possibility of allowing holders of a tourist visa to register to perform #Umrah.
The ministry interacted with one of the beneficiaries’ inquiries via Twitter, who asked: “Can we perform Umrah on a tourist visa? Is it possible to apply for a #Umrah permit before entering the Kingdom?
The ministry confirmed, in its response, that it is possible to register with the “Umrah” application as an external pilgrim and reserve for prayers and Umrah, after updating the status in the application Tawakalana (immunized with two doses, vaccinated recovering, vaccinated with the first dose and completed 14 days), pointing out that it is necessary to be inside the Kingdom to register Umrah application.
